1. Who we are, and what you're agreeing to

MyoRevive ("MyoRevive", "we", "us") is an AI-guided wellness application operated by a sole proprietor based in Ontario, Canada. By creating an account or using MyoRevive you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. What MyoRevive is — and what it is not

MyoRevive guides you through conversational wellness sessions focused on muscle activation awareness: gentle range-of-motion self-checks, muscle-activation exercises, and homework routines. It is a wellness product.

MyoRevive is not a medical service. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment; it is not physiotherapy, rehabilitation, or clinical care; and it is not a substitute for consultation with a physician, physiotherapist, or other qualified health professional. Do not use MyoRevive to address a medical condition or injury. If you have pain, an injury, a medical condition, or any doubt about whether exercise is safe for you, consult a qualified professional before using the service.

3. AI disclosure

Session guidance is generated by an artificial-intelligence assistant (a large language model provided by Anthropic). Every session carries the notice: "AI assistant — not medical advice". AI output can be incomplete, generic, or wrong for your body and situation. No human reviews AI responses in real time. You are interacting with an AI system, not a person — this disclosure is provided in part to satisfy AI-transparency requirements, including the EU AI Act (effective August 2026) for users in the European Union.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract. By using MyoRevive you confirm that you are in generally good health and physically able to perform light, low-intensity movement.

5. Your account

Accounts are managed through our authentication provider, Clerk. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your sign-in credentials secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time from Settings; deletion removes your application data as described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Subscriptions, billing, and session allowances

MyoRevive is a paid subscription with no free tier. Current plans are Basic ($17/month, 4 sessions per month) and Pro ($28/month, 8 sessions per month). Prices and allowances may change; we will give notice before changes affect an active subscription.

• Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.
• Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled.
• Session allowances are counted per billing period and reset on your billing date. Unused sessions do not roll over. A session that fails before the AI responds is not counted against your allowance.
• You can cancel any time via Settings → Manage Billing (the Stripe Customer Portal). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; access continues until then.
• Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable, including for partially used billing periods.
• If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until payment succeeds.

7. Health disclaimer and assumption of risk

Physical activity carries inherent risk. The exercises MyoRevive suggests are deliberately gentle and low-load, but only you (and your health professionals) can judge what is safe for your body. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness, numbness, or anything beyond mild effort, and seek professional care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you assume responsibility for your decision to perform any movement suggested by the service. Never delay or disregard professional medical advice because of something MyoRevive said. If you think you have a medical emergency, call your local emergency number.

8. Acceptable use

• Don't share, resell, or automate access to your account or sessions.
• Don't attempt to bypass session limits, cost caps, or security measures.
• Don't scrape the service or reverse-engineer it.
• Don't use the service to harm yourself or others, or in violation of law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms, abuse the AI service, or create risk for us or other users.

9. Your content and our content

You own the information you provide in sessions. You grant us a limited licence to store and process it in order to operate the service (for example, generating session guidance, tracking your progress, and producing your reports). The MyoRevive application, its exercise and assessment catalogue, and its branding are ours and are protected by intellectual-property law.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted availability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so parts of this section may not apply to you; nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Changes to the service or these Terms

We may update the service and these Terms. For material changes we will give notice in the app or by email before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to first contact us at support@trymyorevive.com to try to resolve any dispute informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, Canada, except where applicable consumer-protection law gives you the right to bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
